Introduction
Welcome to Press-Release.online’s Affiliate Program (the “Program”). The Program is designed to allow participants to earn fees by directing traffic to Press-Release.online’s website and encouraging resulting purchases or other qualified actions.
By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (the “Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you should not participate in the Program.
Eligibility
In order to participate in the Program, you must be 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to form a binding contract. You must also have a valid email address and a website or other platform through which you will promote Press-Release.online’s products or services.
Enrollment
To enroll in the Program, you must complete the application form provided by Press-Release.online. Press-Release.online reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
Commissions
As a participant in the Program, you will earn commissions on sales or other qualified actions generated through your unique affiliate link. The commission rate is 30% from a confirmed order. The cookies expiration is 120 days.
Payment
Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, within 30 days of the end of the month in which they were earned. In order to receive payment, you must have a valid PayPal or Back account account.
Termination
Press-Release.online reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without cause. Upon termination, you will immediately cease using any materials or marks provided by Press-Release.online and you will not be eligible to receive any further commissions.
Confidentiality
You agree to keep all confidential information related to the Program, including but not limited to commission rates, proprietary software, and marketing materials, confidential.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Press-Release.online, its affiliates, and its and their officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, your use of the Program, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Limitation of Liability
Press-Release.online will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the Program.
Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Press-Release.online regarding the Program and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
Changes to Terms of Service
Press-Release.online reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program or to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, for any reason, and without notice. Your continued participation in the Program following any changes to this Agreement will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
