    • Once your press release has been distributed to our network, refunds are not available.
    • If there is an error on our part in the distribution process, we will work to rectify the issue promptly at no additional cost.
  3. Combined Services:
    • For packages that include both writing and distribution, the above policies apply. If the writing process has not started, you may be eligible for a refund for the writing portion only.

  • Reason for the refund request
